Client :

Any person who subscribes to our coaching services

Services :

All coaching services offered

We offer the following services:

• Personalized weight-loss coaching
• Muscle-building coaching
• Complete transformation programs
• Personalized nutrition follow-up
• Online coaching
• Consultations and personalized follow-up

The coach commits to:

• Provide personalized, professional support
• Respect the confidentiality of shared information
• Adapt programs to the client's goals and abilities
• Be available according to the agreed terms
• Provide regular follow-up and adjustments when needed

The client commits to:

• Provide accurate information about their health
• Follow the coach's recommendations diligently
• Actively participate in sessions and consultations
• Respect the agreed schedule
• Report any problem or change in circumstances

Prices are communicated during the first consultation and may vary depending on:

• The type of program chosen
• The duration of the coaching
• The level of personalization required
• Any additional services requested

Payment may be made in installments by prior agreement.

Duration :

The duration of the programs is set at subscription.

Cancellation :

The client may cancel at any time with 7 days notice.

Refund :

No refund is issued in the event of withdrawal.

The coach commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and medical information shared by the client, in accordance with our privacy policy.

The coach cannot be held responsible for:

• Results not achieved when recommendations are not followed
• Accidents occurring during training
• Health problems not disclosed by the client
• Service interruptions due to causes beyond their control

The coach cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of their obligations in the event of force majeure (illness, accident, etc.).

These terms of service are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
