1-to-1 Physique Coaching
Structured 1-to-1 coaching for men who already know what to do — and are tired of proving to themselves, again, that they won't follow through.

The real problem
You already know what to eat. You already know you should train consistently. The problem was never a knowledge gap — it's that nothing you've tried has survived contact with your actual week.
You've stood in front of the mirror and just looked away.
Monday is always the day it "really starts." It rarely does.
Fasting, low-carb, random YouTube programs — for about three days each.
You're not scared of the number on the scale. You're scared of still being here next year.
The shift
A PDF can tell you what to do on day one. It can't tell you what to do on day 20, when work gets heavy, motivation drops, and the plan stops fitting your life. That's the exact moment every plan you've bought before quietly failed — not because the plan was wrong, but because nothing was watching.
Coaching is what happens on day 20. That's the entire difference.
How it works
15–20 minutes. We talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether this is genuinely a fit — for both of us.
Your schedule, your equipment, your training history, your real obstacles — not a generic intake form.
Training and nutrition, built around your actual life — not a template with your name pasted on top.
Daily weigh-ins, weekly check-ins, real adjustments based on what's actually happening — not what should be happening.
Not just a different body. Proof to yourself that you're someone who follows through.
Programs
Three starting points. Coaching then adapts to you, week after week.
Lose fat without losing muscle — a sustainable deficit built around your real week.
Build visible mass, structured around your weak points and your equipment.
Full recomposition: lose fat and build muscle across periodized phases.
Results
Coached clients, not models. Every before/after is real.

Between classes and my part-time job, I could never keep a routine going. I looked skinny but soft, and every generic program assumed I had two free hours a day — I didn't. Morad built everything around my real week: shorter sessions, meals I could prep fast, and check-ins that kept me honest. The diet never felt extreme, so I actually stuck to it. Around 10–12 kg down and clearly more muscle later, I finally look like I train. If your time is tight, this is the coaching I'd point you to.

I'd been training for years, but honestly I was just going through the motions — same lifts, same weights, no real plan. I didn't need motivation; I needed direction. What changed with Morad was the structure: progressive overload that actually moved week to week, and nutrition built around what I was trying to gain instead of vague "eat clean" advice. The bar finally started climbing again, and I feel stronger and more confident than I did a few years ago. If you're stuck spinning your wheels, it's worth reaching out.

For years my health sat at the bottom of the list — work, the kids, everything came first. I kept telling myself I'd start "next month" until I barely recognised myself. What made this work was that Morad never asked me to choose between my family and getting in shape. The plan fit around school runs and late nights, and the weekly check-ins kept me accountable without piling on pressure. I've got more energy for my kids, better habits at the dinner table, and I feel present again. As a busy dad, I'd recommend it without hesitation.

I'm studying and working in the States, so I figured getting lean meant hours on the treadmill I didn't have. Morad flipped that: almost no cardio, just dialled-in nutrition and consistent strength training. He taught me how to actually eat for my goal instead of starving myself, and the weight came off steadily — about 13 kg in 10 weeks — while I held onto my strength in the gym. The diet was genuinely easier to follow than anything I'd tried alone. If cardio is what's been stopping you, talk to him.

When I sent my first check-in from Canada, competing wasn't even on my mind — I just wanted structure. Over time that turned into something bigger: dialled nutrition, real consistency, and a lot of hours on posing and stage prep. I put in the work, but having someone map out each phase and answer me quickly across the time difference made a real difference. I ended up taking two gold medals in natural bodybuilding. The wins were mine to earn — the preparation behind them is where the coaching showed. I'd recommend Morad to any natural athlete who's serious.

I didn't begin as a coach — I began as a skinny kid doing push-ups at home with no idea what I was doing. It took me years, and plenty of mistakes, to understand training and nutrition well enough to really change my body. What stayed with me wasn't the physique; it was realising how much simpler it all would have been if someone had just shown me the way. That's why I coach. I've lived the confusion, the plateaus, and the slow wins, and I'd rather save you the years they cost me. If you're ready to start, I'd be glad to guide you.

I'm a student in the US and I'd always been the bigger guy in the room. I wanted a real change, not another crash diet. With Morad the difference was the structure — every week had a clear plan, and I always knew exactly what to do in the gym and the kitchen. About 13 kg came off in 11 weeks, and instead of stopping there I'm now prepping for my first bodybuilding show, something I never thought I'd say. The whole process felt organised and doable. If you want structure that actually holds up, I'd recommend him.

Your coach
Welcome. I'm a certified bodybuilding coach: 5 gold medals in competition and a two-time Top 2 Overall champion. I coach clients through muscle gain, fat loss, and body recomposition with evidence-based training and nutrition. But I didn't start there.
No gym, no plan — just push-ups at home and zero confidence in how I looked. It took three years to see real change, and six years before people around me actually noticed.
I made almost every mistake: overeating and thinking it was building muscle, cutting carbs too hard, stuck on a weak point longer than I'd like to admit.
When I hit that plateau, I finally asked for help — and started actually learning: training, nutrition, hypertrophy. It worked for me. It worked for the friends I later helped. It'll work for you too.

A PDF can't adjust when your week changes. Coaching does — every week, based on what's actually happening with you.
Coaching is a partnership, not a purchase you can return — but every plan is genuinely built and adjusted around you, and I'm reachable throughout to make sure it's working.
Ask yourself what was actually missing last time — usually it's the accountability and structure, not the plan itself. That's specifically what this is built around.
