Hey there! I'm Morad, and I've been on a fitness journey since 2020. When I first started, I was making the same mistakes most people do—thinking more sets meant more gains. Spoiler alert: it doesn't! I wasn't pushing myself to the limit, and the results were... well, let's just say they weren't great.

But then, things clicked. I figured out that it's not about how many sets you do, but how you do them. Once I started training smarter—pushing to failure and tracking my progress—the gains came fast. My friends and family noticed the changes and started asking for my help. I shared what I'd learned, and soon, they were seeing results too.
