• The app is only available by invitation from a coach, to adults (18 and over).
• An invitation can only be used by the email address it was sent to.
• You sign in with a code sent by email: keep your mailbox secure, as you are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is personal and cannot be shared.

The app provides coaching tools: programs, workout tracking, nutrition, check-ins, messaging, appointments with video calls, and reminders. Your coach decides what they offer you. Features may change over time.

• The app and the coaching are not medical services and do not replace advice from a doctor.
• See a doctor before starting a program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are injured.
• Stop an exercise immediately if you feel pain, faintness or unusual discomfort.
• Messaging is not an emergency channel: in an emergency, call the emergency services.

• Provide accurate information, including your date of birth.
• Communicate respectfully: no harassment, hate speech, sexual or illegal content.
• Do not share your coach's content or anyone else's without permission.
• Do not try to access other accounts or disrupt the service.
• Keep private links (calendar, video rooms) to yourself.

You can report a message from the chat. The publisher reviews reports and may end access for an account that breaks these terms.

Programs, plans and documents remain the property of your coach or the publisher; you may use them personally during the coaching. Your data stays yours: you only allow us to host and process it to provide the service, as described in the app privacy policy.

No payment is made in the app. The price and payment of the coaching are covered by the terms of service published on the site.

• Your coach may end the coaching; you then keep access to your history, but messaging with your coach closes.
• Your data is deleted automatically 24 months after your last coaching ends.
• You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete my account.

We do our best to keep the service available and reliable but cannot guarantee it at all times. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to these terms or to the health advice above, nor for third-party services (video calls, calendar apps). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms may change; the last-update date is shown at the bottom of the page. We will tell you about any significant change. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and any dispute goes to the competent courts of Casablanca, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
